You already have the idea. Meadowlark trains and coaches leaders and experts to say it out loud — and say it well — so your presentations do justice to what you know.
You just need someone in your corner to help you say it out loud, and say it well.
Our bespoke approach ensures you stand out when you speak up. We pair a combined 15 years of communications work with deep theater training — the same discipline that turns a good idea into a performance people remember.
For whatever stage you’re in — or on
We support professionals and researchers who know their content inside and out but need help shaping it into communications that resonate, persuade, and inspire — from executives refining their leadership voice to teams aligning on a shared narrative.
From business presentations to conference talks and keynotes — and the everyday moments when clear communication matters most — we help you rise to the occasion.
Business happens faster when people communicate clearly. We help teams and individuals clarify and structure messages that bring people along — and get results.

What we’re thinking about
We support professionals and researchers who know their content inside and out but need help shaping it into communications that resonate, persuade, and inspire — from executives refining their leadership voice to teams aligning on a shared narrative.
We lead with our values: purpose, rigor, come as you are, and a growth mindset. Between us we bring a combined 15 years of communications experience across industries — heavy manufacturing, beauty, hospitality, retail, legal, financial, and more — plus deep theater training that’s the core of everything we do.
Just so you know, you’re not alone. Most people struggle with public speaking, and that’s because it’s not natural; it’s habitual. Which means that it can be learned. There are several skills that work together to make a speaker appear
”natural.”
We suggest you pick one skill at a time to work on and practice, and before you know it, it won’t seem so challenging.

We offer support for speakers and presenters of all types: keynote speakers, event and conference speakers, team training for internal and external communications, and individual coaching for people who want to communicated with clarity, concision and confidence.
What that all boils down to is helping people navigate and balance the goal of their communication with their audience.
We don’t do formal media training, although we can point you to a great team that does! We don’t do conflict resolution or crucial conversations. And we don’t do pedagogy.
If you have any questions, we hope you’ll reach out so we can figure out if we’re the right team to support you.
